In preparation for the shows at the Wells Fargo Center, select McDonald’s restaurants hosted Family Fun Nights featuring the Monster Jam trucks and a Meet & Eat with the drivers. To celebrate the return of Monster Jam trucks to McDonald’s Happy Meals, the McDonald’s Restaurants of the Greater Philadelphia Region partnered with Feld Motor Sports®, to bring the world’s premier Monster Jam truck series to Philadelphia.  They hosted a Pit Party before the show that was pure joy for the kids and adults.  Guests had the opportunity to get a view of the trucks up close and meet Ronald McDonald and the drivers of the massive Monster Jam trucks.

My family and I were fortunate enough to experience the show this past weekend.  We came prepared with our own noise canceling headphones to protect our hearing.  The loudness can be quite damaging to anyone’s ears, especially for the little ones.  This was my daughter’s first time attending such an event and my son’s second time.  My son, “G” is a huge fan and was very excited to experience Grave Digger’s tricks and high intensity entertainment.  Both children enjoyed the four wheeler race and “V” was super excited to see the only female, Madusa, win the prize.  The race took away her fears of the loud noises of the event.
