My boys have heads full of thick curly hair and I have devoted hours every week to washing, detaching and keeping their hair looking good. Once the weather starts getting warm, the time I spend on their hair doubles because they spend lots of time outdoors in the park, on the beach and in the pool.

I was introduced to the Fairy Tales hair care line (founded in 1999) at a mix & mingle event hosted by Momtrends where I was able to meet and chat with the people behind the brand. I really love that the line only includes all natural ingredients that are good enough to eat! We learned all about the line, the products and even enjoyed some cocktails based on some of the ingredients.

The Fairy Tale Super Charge Detangling shampoo, conditioner & spray was very helpful in taming my boys manes. We tried them out and I liked the results, the shampoo lathered well, cleaned their hair and smelled great. I used the conditioner in two ways: first I applied it the rinsed it out, then I put in a little bit more as a leave-in. Lastly, I used the detangling spray liberally and gently combed through their locks with my fingers and let it air dry. The next day, their hair was still soft and looked moisturized without adding any extra product to it.
