Everyone that knows me knows that I LOVE bacon! So, when I heard of the Great Big Bacon Picnic last year…I HAD to attend! It was a day of all you could eat bacon! Bacon every way and even infused in cocktails!This was truly an amazing ALL YOU CAN EAT BACON CELEBRATION! I enjoyed tons of sweet & savory bacon centric dishes including delicious deviled eggs topped with artisan bacon.
Bacon sweet treats like thee bacon brownies!
There were even syrups and spreads that featured bacon like these Bacon Jams, bacon spread!
Bacon infused cocktails…yes please! I tasted quite a few drinks made with bacon infused alcohol like this Bakon Vodka!
This year the Great Big Bacon Picnic will be held on Saturday, September and Sunday, September in Williamsburg at the Pfizer Factory. Tickets range from $99- $249 and are available at www.greatbigbacon.com
