San-J Asian Cooking Sauces

I received some San-J Asian cooking sauces as part of the Moms Meet Blogger program. My package contained an apron, a brush, a USB and three gluten free San-J sauces: Mongolian, Thai Peanut & Orange Sauce.
These San-J gluten free Asian cooking sauces range from 60-80 calories per serving and can be used in a number of ays including marinades, stir-drys and glazes. They are the perfect compliment to give any dish a delicious Asian flavor! They are also good for adding flavor for wraps, salads, noodles, salsa and soups.
I decided to use the San-J Mongolian cooking sauce as a marinade for some pork chops. I cleaned the pork chops, added them to a bowl, added an onion and some fresh garlic that I cut up. Then, I added the San-J Mongolian cooking sauce, covered the bowl and placed it in the refrigerator for about 45 minutes. Finally, I grilled the pork chops on medium heat in a skillet until they were cooked through. The pork chops came out absolutely delicious: both sweet & savory and my whole family really enjoyed them. I cannot wait to use the other marinades and try some of the recipes on the San-J website!
