Layer 1 is made up of merino wool and wool terry pieces that lead moisture away from the body. Layer 2 is made up of wind fleece, marl fleece and performance fleece that are meant to keep warmth in. Layer 3 is made up of the outer layers are breathable but are that are 100% wind and water proof.
