This year, I have committed to eating healthier and making sure my body has all the nutrients it needs to perform efficiently. I have started by incorporating more vegetables into my daily diet, taking daily vitamins/supplements as well as completing more physical activity to get my body moving.

Mega Food has made my journey to a healthier lifestyle pretty easy with their line of vitamins and nutrient booster powders by delivering vitamins and minerals through whole foods for the whole family.
I started taking the Mega Food Multi for Women multivitamin & mineral dietary supplement. I can take my 2 tablets anytime during the day or even on an empty stomach and I am nourished with:
- 15mg FoodState Iron to replenish iron lost during monthly cycle
- 100% or more of all 8 FoodState B Vitamins, including Methylated folate & B12
- FoodState Iodine & B vitamins to aid in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates & proteins
- B6 & B12 to support balanced hormones & endocrine function
- Biotin, Beta Carotene, Vitamins A, C & E support healthy skin, nails & hair
- CALCIUM & MAGNESIUM FREE FORMULATION.
My daily smoothie includes a blend of fruits, vegetables and a scoop of Mega Food daily Tumeric, nutrient booster powder to assist in nourishing, protecting and strengthening my body. This is one of my favorite smoothies recipes.
