Crunch Fitness
Fitness classes are new to me and I had the opportunity to sample two classes at Crunch where their motto is #NoJudgements . The new Crunch Signature Club at 1131 3rd Ave & E. 66th street is brand spanking new and offers an array of fitness classes for every fitness need and everyone is welcome!

- FUN: We know serious fitness is hard, but that doesn’t mean it can’t be an edge-of-your-seat, can’t-get-enough, look-forward-to-your-workouts party.
The JILLIAN MICHAELS BODYSHRED class was up first, it was a fast paced class that kept us moving the whole time. The 3-2-1 approach was great because we didn’t get used to the same exercises over and over again.
America’s Toughest Trainer brings you her revolutionary workout. Offered exclusively at Crunch, this Metabolic Conditioning class can rev your metabolism and will have you burning fat and extra calories for days. Define muscles and condition for peak performance using Jillian’s 3-2-1 interval/circuit training approach – 3 minutes of strength, 2 minutes of cardio and 1 minute of abs, all packed into an intense 30-minute workout.
The ASS & ABS class was up next and boy did we get worked out! Our trainer was super energetic and got us all pumped to get into the class. We jumped right into the exercises with options for modifications if needed.
Combining exercises to tone and shape the rear (the butt) and the front (the abs)!
This was my first Crunch Fitness experience and I will definitely be back with friends to take a class or two!
