Mathnasium & Danica McKellar’s New Book

We visited the Mathnasium, the Math Learning Center in Union Square,NYC, to celebrate Math and Danica McKellar’s new book, Goodnight Numbers with The Moms. Since, hubby was Math Major in college, he was probably more excited to visit MoMath.
Danica’s new book, Goodnight Numbers, is a book geared towards children ages 0-5 to start exposing them to mathematical ideas, symbols and using real numbers in the real world which will lead to them embracing and celebrating Math as they get older.

Danica believes that by exposing younger children to Mathematical material, it will become something that they are more likeley to embrace and enjoy the older they get. Her new book is the perfect way to get little ones interested and excited about Math through simple words and beautiful art where every child can find a version of themselves portrayed in the book.
