Disney brought their pixie dust to downtown Philadelphia on July 25, 2017 where the event space at the R2L restaurant with the panoramic views of downtown Philadelphia hosted a Disney Social Media Moms meet-up where influencers were treated to dinner, drinks, learned all about the new happenings at the Disney Parks and given a first hand account of the Disney Dreamers Academy by an alumni, Jordan, who spoke about his personal experiences in the program as well as his successful business ventures.

The Disney Dreamers Academy is a 4-day intensive event and program dedicated to providing high school students an opportunity of a lifetime by inspiring them to dream BIG. In partnership with Steve Harvey and ESSENCE Magazine, the program looks to inspire, motivate young people to follow their dreams. Disney Dreamers are looking for high school students ages 13-19 who have BIG dreams and goals. What’s new at Disney Parks?

• Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge is coming to Disneyland in 2019 where guests will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the Star Wars world like never before and only the way Disney can do it.

 

• Toy Story Land to open at Walt Disney World in Summer 2018 and guests will be “shrunk” down to the size of a toy to explore Andy’s backyard alongside favorite characters.

• Tron attraction is coming to Walt Disney World Resort just in time for the 50th anniversary in 2021!
