Teen Titans Go! To The Movies with The Moms
Disclaimer: I was not compensated for this post. All opinions are my own.
Teenage drama is always interesting to watch. Especially teenage super hero drama. If you’re a fan of Teen Titans then you know the antics that go on in their day to day super hero lives. Anything from who has the coolest powers, whose suit is the best, to how much they want to be part of the Justice League. This time, they (meaning Robin, the leader) really want to be the stars of their own Teen Titan movie. Hence the title, Teen Titans Go To the Movies. That’s when the fun begins!
During the screening, hosted by The Moms, Will Arnett, the voice of “Slaaaaaade” told us why he enjoys playing the character and what he brings to the Teen Titans drama. Although he may look like a distant cousin of “Deadpool”, Slade is definitely his own villain and not to be mistaken for another. Just the mention of his name makes you look over your shoulder. Despite his villainous demeanor, he definitely keeps you laughing throughout the movie. Of course he’s a problem for the Teen Titans but boy do they love to say his name just for the fun of it. You may find yourself saying it constantly too after seeing the movie. Don’t say you weren’t warned!
There are so many hilarious and action packed scenes in this movie that you can’t just have one favorite. All of the characters equally add fun and drama but Robin definitely gets his point across about how awesome his team is
(check out lyrics to their awesome theme song). Compared to the other commonly known super hero stories, Teen Titans Go To the Movies is great for the little ones to enjoy and learn a few lessons like patience (it’s a good virtue to have). Be sure to check out this awesome animation in theaters July 27th!
