After checking out an early screening of the new Wonder Park movie (in theaters March 15) my boys were totally ready to get their STEM learning on with June and her group of cuddly friends from the movie!
Of course, the boys wanted to build their own amusement park but before they attempted that task, I reminded them that we are in the process of learning long division, which may be an important part of building such a complicated structure. So, we enlisted the help of the Wonder Park crew: Boomer & Peanut to give us a hand during one of our homeschool lessons!
With the help of the Wonder Park characters, our dry-erase easel and some multi-colored markers, we were able to solve a few long division problems and understand how it all works.
The Wonder Park movie is sure to get your little ones excited for all things Science, Technology, Engineering and Math! So, make sure you grab tickets for the whole family to see the movie!
