We absolutely LOVE driving smoothies in my house and I am always trying out new recipes. Since half of my household is lactose intolerant, we are always looking for milk substitutes that everyone will enjoy. We tried the vanilla Hope Sesame Organic Sesame Milk and it was a thumbs up from everyone. So, I decided to try it out in a smoothie recipe that ended up being delicious. This Berry Spinach Sesame Milk Smoothie makes approximately 4 servings.
Ingredients
- 2 cups Hope Vanilla Sesame Milk
- 1 cup frozen spinach
- 4 cups frozen berry medley (strawberries, raspberries, blueberries & blackberries)
- 1/2 cup water
I make my smoothies in my Ninja Professional Countertop Blender which is great for making creamy smoothies and frozen drinks. First, I blended the frozen berries and the Hope Sesame milk in the blender until everything was smooth and blended. Next, I added the frozen spinach and the water and continued blending until everything was mixed together. Pour and enjoy!
