In celebration for the digital and Blu-ray release of Disney’s Maleficent: Mistress of Evil we created a fun & easy paper craft in honor of the dark mistress!
MATERIALS:
- black construction paper
- blue adhesive jewel
- glue stick
- white crayon/colored pencil
- scissors
Fold the black construction paper to create a square and cut off the excess.
Fold the square paper into a triangle.
Fold again into a smaller triangle.
Use the white crayon to draw a large arc around the middle of the triangle and a smaller one at the tip of the triangle.
Cut along the white lines and open the paper to reveal a flower shape. Curl the edges of the petals using a pencil.
Repeat this step several times making the flowers smaller and smaller. Layer them and glue them together, adding a blue jewel in the center.
